This is a beautiful Iced Out with Cold emoji chain with blue and white diamonds in the day time the cold emoji and the iced out text also glow

Open OpenIV
MALE
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
if there is already a chain with the number 014 you can just change the number
FEMALE
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01
if there is already a chain with the number 009 then you can just change the number of the chain to something else
The chain should be positioned for male and female aswell if its not lmk and ill fix it
